House Crush N°14

H I have been crushing on this house for years. It was one of the first homes ever featured in Veranda Magazine and is located here in Atlanta. I had no idea it was just around the corner from my house. It sits on a very, very quiet street that is only about two blocks long. The home was recently on the market, and I think it has sold. I realized it was the same home from the Veranda article when I saw the real estate agent’s comments and photos. Look it up in your old Verandas—it’s worth checking out. Oh, by the way, Dan Carithers did the design work for the entire house!

There is a Guest house on the right and a large garden. There is a flood plane out back, which makes the garden feel very large.

I hope you enjoyed the tour—now run and look at the inside in Veranda or the real estate listing. I think it was with Glynnis Beacham Realty.

Somehow I ended up here. This was my old house 5 years ago. What a treat to see on your website. We lived in the house for 28 years and all 4 of our kids were raised in this house. Oh, the memories! Thanks for sharing.
