yster gloves and knives were standing ready for the birthday oyster roast we enjoyed in Savannah, Georgia this week. The scenery, food, family and friends were all wonderful! Enjoy the pictures of the Inter-Coastal Waterway along with Wormsloe Plantation and the Beautiful Isle of Hope.

Ready for the Oysters please.

Let the Oyster shucking begin!

The View was fantastic.

Oh what a Sunset—Sailors delight.

The entrance to Historic Wormsloe Plantation on Isle of Hope

And the beautiful Live Oak alle'e
The homes on the Isle of Hope are just as enchanting as the views of the Inter-Coastal Waterway that they overlook–just try to pick one favorite!

I just love the green door and the topiary!

The VIEW!

The Gingerbread House

The proportions are beautiful

So Southern—just charming!

Oh, those green stairs!

Such a welcoming entry

I love the wrap-around porch and the red tin roof on this home.

And, of course, the Church is beautiful too! (I was Married here.)

This Charmer sits on a commanding corner lot.

My personal favorite—Oh the stories it could tell!

Bluff Drive View—breathtaking
Good-bye from beautiful Savannah, Georgia for now—wish you were here!

Your favorite is also my favorite! I remember that home was for sale a few years ago, the realtor posted some great pictures of the interior which I saved. I love the large lot and all the trees.
