Happy Place—Just Needs Color

new stone flower beds
Ready for SpringI

I am sooo ready to plant the new flower beds. We have a couple of volunteer daffodils popping up—no idea how with all of the digging and stone that was moved around. Hydrangeas, peonies, hostas and a few iris were all moved to a temporary bed and will be going back in soon. The hydrangeas will go in the new upper level that is just outside my new office—lucky me. Boxwoods did the original plan for the area with ferns, hostas, hydrangeas and shade-loving plants spilling over the garden walls. Lush and green is the plan—with a few colorful flowers added here and there. The faux boise table and benches are the perfect place for coffee or cocktails. Next…furniture, furniture and more furniture will fill the brick patio area standing ready for Summer guests. Check back for the final results.
